I did not view this webcast (free and no login required) yet. Will do so after I finish my work day. I just got back Penang after a short meeting in Singapore. During the past couple of months and recent weeks, received interests from the lay (non-IT) people in regards to SaaS and cloud services. They too voiced their fears.
I am not an advocate of cloud services in particular but would treat it as a resource that could be tapped on depending on the business/personal objectives and risks managed.
